새 국어 교과서의 방향과 인성 교육 강화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

2017년부터 사용될 교과서에 반영될 창의·융합인재 양성의 비전을 구현하기 위한 교육과정 개정의 주안점은 “인문·사회·과학·기술 기초소양을 균형 있게 함양하기 위한 교육과정”을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 국어 교과서가 안고 있는 창의·융합 교육의 이념과 역행되는 문제점을 검토하였다. 또한 현행 국어 교과서의 문제점을 시정하여, 통섭을 중심으로 전인 교육을 실현하기 위해서는 어떠한 요소들이 필요한지를 논구하였다. 나아가 2017년도 이후 새롭게 편찬될 검인정 국어 교과서에서는 창의 융합 인재 양성이 어떻게 반영되어야 할지 검토하였으며, 창의·융합 교육과 인문 소양 교육의 이념 실현에 필요한 국어 교육의 일환으로서 위한 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기 등의 교육이 어떻게 개편되어야 하는가를 밝혔다. 이를 바탕으로 바람직한 국어 교과서상을 재정립하고 전인교육의 올바른 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 중학교 교과서의 분석에 있어서는 ‘비상교육’ 발행 중학 국어 교과서를 중심으로 연구하였다.

영문 초록

The focus of the upcoming curriculum revision which will be applied in 2017 textbooks is development of a curriculum building well-balanced grounding knowledge of humanities, social studies, science and technology. In this study, problems of current korean-language textbook, contrary to ideals of education - ingenuity and grafting ability, are reviewed. Moreover, necessary of factors for correcting problems and to provide well-rounded education with convergence of the studies are discussed. Possible ways to reflect principles of revised national curriculum - cultivation of human resource with ingenuity and grafting ability to 2017 Korean-language textbook were examined. Furthermore, how the education of speaking, listening, reading, writing Korean should change to meet the focus and follow principles of the curriculum is revealed. With such findings, this study attempts to redefine the desirable guideline of Korean-language textbook and point right direction for well-rounded education. To analyze middle school textbooks, middle school Korean textbooks published by ‘Bisang Education’ was used.
