국립국악원 정재 워크숍 참여에 따른 동기, 만족, 지속여부 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국립국악원 정재 워크숍 참여에 따른 참여동기, 참여만족, 지속여부간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 국립국악원은 무용단 정기공연 정재, 조선이 역사를 품다 Ⅱ 의 이해를 돕기 위해 공연 전 정재 워크숍 쉘 위 댄스(Shall we Dance) 를 개최하였다. 워크숍은 2014년 3월 8일부터 29일까지 매주 토요일 90분씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 본 연구는 국립국악원 정재 워크숍 참여자 중 4주까지 참여한 35명을 대상으로 비확률표집방법 중 편의추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 하였다. 정재 워크숍 참여동기, 참여만족도, 지속여부의 요인추출은 주성분분석을 이용하였으며, 직각회전 방식 중베리멕스(varimax)를 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 참여동기와 참여만족도의 관계를 분석한 결과, 정재 워크숍 참여 동기는 자기개발에서부터 시작되어 정재 워크숍의 만족도를 높이고 전통문화를 이해하는데 도움을 주었으며 국립국악원의 교육환경에도 만족하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 참여동기와 지속여부의 관계를 분석한 결과, 정재 워크숍 참여동기 중 전통문화예술에 관심이 많은 참여자들이 지속적인 관심을 가질 것으로 나타났으나 무용교육의 참여지속에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 참여만족도와 지속여부의 관계를 분석한 결과, 정재 워크숍 참여만족도 중 정재 워크숍만족이 높은 참여자가 전통문화관심지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정재 워크숍 참여는 전통문화예술에 관심으로 이어져 공연 관객 개발 전략의 기회가 되었으며, 참여자들의 참여동기와 만족도를 높이는 자기개발의 일환으로 전통문화에 대한 관심을 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 차후 공연문화체험을 통한 전문화된 교육시스템 및 프로그램을 개발하여 공연예술의 자발적 참여를 통한 적극적인 공연관람이 이루어지기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

This study was to analyze the relations between participating motivation and participation satisfaction and retention for participation in accordance with participation for the Royal Court Dance Workshop in National Gugak Center. National Gugak Center held Shall we dance as workshop for the Royal Court Dance to help audience to understand subscription concert the Royal Court Dance, Chosun embraced history II . Workshop was proceeded total 4 times for each 90 minutes from March 8th to March 29th in 2014. This study performed survey with use of convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods on 35 persons from fully participated participants for 4 weeks on the Royal Court Dance Workshop. Principle component analysis was used for factor extraction of participation motivation and participating satisfaction, retention for the Royal Court Dance Workshop and varimax among quersprung methods was used for exploratory factor analysis. At first, as we analyzed the relationship between participating motivation and participating satisfaction, motivation for participation in the Royal Court Dance Workshop helped to understand traditional culture and to increase satisfaction rate for workshop and it appeared as they satisfied with educational circumstance for National Gugak Center. At second, as the result of analysis on relation between motivation and retention for participation, participants who are interested in traditional cultural art appeared as to be interested in traditional cultural art continuously but not influenced for participating retention for dance education. At third, participant with high satisfaction rate for the Royal Court Dance Workshop was appeared as it positively affected on retention for interest on traditional culture as we analyzed relations between satisfaction rate and retention for participation. Therefore, participation for the Royal Court Dance Workshop became good opportunity for strategy to attract performance audiences as it brings interest on traditional cultural art and it also gives chance to increase interest for traditional culture as one of method for self-development to increase motivation and satisfaction rate for participants. We carefully expect that aggressive watching for performance through voluntary participation will be achieved as professionalized educational system and program through performance culture experience in future.
