국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 뿌리산업(Root Manufacturing Industry) 경쟁력 제고를 위해 시행되는 일본 모노즈쿠리 연수프로그램의 성과를 평가하고 발전방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다음과 같이 세 가지의 가설을 설정했다 첫째 모노즈쿠리를 학습한 성과가 업무적용에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째 모노즈쿠리의 업무 적용이 경영효율성 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째 경영 효율성 개선이 경쟁력 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 해당기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS21.0을 사용하여 기술 통계, 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 모형검증은 AMOS18.0을 활용하여 구조분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 세 가지의 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 모노즈쿠리 연수참가자의 학습성과가 높을수록 모노즈쿠리의 업무 적용정도가 높아진다. 둘째, 모노즈쿠리 연수참가자의 역량 향상이 기업의 경영 효율성 향상으로 연결되는 정도가 상대적으로 부족하다. 셋째, 기업의 경영 효율성 개선은 생산성이나 경쟁력 향상으로 연결 된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the present study is to assess the results of the Japanese Monozukuri training program that is implemented to enhance the competitiveness of Korea’s root manufacturing industry and determine future strategies for development. For the said goal, the following three hypotheses are posited. First, the results acquired from the training of the Monozukuri will have a positive effect on the application of the acquired knowledge in business operations. Second, the application of Monozukuri in business operation will facilitate an increase in management efficiency. Third, the subsequent improvements in the management efficiency will lead to advancement in competitiveness. A survey targeting the concerned corporations was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21 for descriptive statistics, analysis on primary factor, and reliability. AMOS18.0 was employed for the analysis of structure. The analyses of the data resulted in the following three conclusions. First, the higher the achievement of the participant, the higher the level of the application of Monozukuri in business operation. Second, the correlation between the development of the trained participants and their management efficiency increase was shown to be insufficient. Third, the advancement in the management efficiency led to gains in productivity or competitiveness.
