중증장애인거주시설 장애인과 생활재활교사의 상호작용이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 중증장애인거주시설에서 생활재활교사와 장애인 간의 정서적·행동적·언어적 상호작용이 생활재활교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 직접적인 영향력을 분석하고, 생활재활교사에 대한 동료와 원장의 사회적 지지를 매개로 하여 생활재활교사와 장애인 간의 상호작용이 생활재활교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 간접적인 영향력을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 서울시, 경기도, 충북, 충남, 경북, 경남, 전북, 전남, 강원, 제주도에 소재하는 53개 중증장애인거주시설의 생활재활교사를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 조사분석은 SPSS 22.0을 활용하였으며, 생활재활교사와 장애인 간 상호작용과 생활재활교사의 직무만족도 사이에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 Baron & Kenny 제안한 방법에 따라 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 생활재활교사와 장애인 간 상호작용 중 정서적 상호작용과 행동적 상호작용이 사회적 지지와 직무만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 목적인 사회적 지지는 정서적 상호작용과 행동적 상호작용이 생활재활교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 완전매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 사회적 지지가 없다면 생활재활교사와 장애인 간 정서적 상호작용과 행동적 상호작용은 생활재활교사의 직무만족도에 단독으로 영향을 미칠 수 없다는 것을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze direct effects of emotional‐behavioral‐linguistic interactions between the disabled and living rehabilitation teachers in housing facilities of the severely disabled upon job satisfaction, and to assay indirect effects of interactions between living rehabilitation teachers and the disabled upon job satisfaction of living rehabilitation teachers through the medium of social support for living rehabilitation teachers from facility directors and co‐workers. For this purpose, this study was conducted on the subjects of living rehabilitation teachers in 53 housing facilities of the severely disabled respectively located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, Gangwon, and Jeju. This study utilized SPSS 22.0 for research analysis, and conducted hierarchical linear regression according to the method proposed by Baron & Kenny to analyze mediating effects of social support between the interactions between living rehabilitation teachers and the disabled and the job satisfaction of living rehabilitation teachers. From the results of this study, it is found that of interactions between living rehabilitation teachers and the disabled, emotional interaction and behavioral interaction showed positive effects upon social support and job satisfaction. As for social support, that is an objective of this study, emotional interaction and behavioral interaction were analyzed to have full mediating effect on job satisfaction of living rehabilitation teachers. It was meaningful in that if it were not for social support, emotional interaction and behavioral interaction between living rehabilitation teachers and the disabled could not affect job satisfaction of living rehabilitation teachers.
