IPA 분석을 활용한 민간 기업 및 공공 기관 종업원, 직업훈련원의 교육훈련생의 기업 윤리 핵심가치의 중요성 및 요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 기업 윤리 핵심가치의 중요성 및 교육요구를 탐색하기 위하여 민간기업, 공공 기관, 그리고 직업훈련원을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 기업 윤리 교육 실행 과정 에서 다양한 기관의 목적에 맞는 교육과정이 설계되도록 IPA 분석을 통해 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 민간 기업의 종업원, 공공기관의 종업원 그리고 직업훈련원의 교육생은 그 특성상 기관이 추구하는 비전, 전략, 목표 등이 상이하므로 종업원이 중요시하는 핵심가치에 대한 의견도 상이하며, 교육 요구도 상이하다는 것을 밝혀내었다. 집중교육이 필요한 기업 윤리 핵심가치 항목은 공공기관(14개)에서 가장 높게 나타났고 직업훈련원(8개)과 민간기업 (2개) 순이었으며 선택적 교육이 필요한 핵심가치는 민간기업(13개)이 가장 많고 공공기관 (10개)과 직업훈련원(3개) 순으로 뒤를 이었다. 집중교육과 선택적 교육을 통합적으로 보면 공공기관(24개)에서 교육이 필요한 항목이 가장 많이 나타났고 민간기업(15개)과 직업훈련 원(11개) 순으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 기업윤리 핵심가치에 대한 IPA분석을 활용하여 보다 효율적인 교육훈련 실행 및 경영진의 지원을 얻는 근간을 마련하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 하지만 기업의 CEO 및 기관장이 추구하고자 하는 윤리경영 비전, 목표 및 비즈니즈 니즈에 대한 분석이 델파이 연구나 면담 등을 통하여 보완할 필요가 있다. 해외 선진 기업의 기업윤리 함양을 위한 프로그램 등을 벤치마킹하여 윤리경영과 기업윤리 핵심가치와의 정합을 시도한다면 보다 효 과적인 기업윤리 프로그램이 개발될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study implemented surveys to the employees of private company and public institution and the trainees of vocational training institutes in order to investigate the importance and educational needs of business ethics core values. The survey results were analyzed by utilizing IPA analysis so that appropriate curricula could be designed consistent with a goal of a variety of organizations in implementing ethical education programs Research results showed that there were differences between private corporations and public institutions in the visions, strategies and goals. Furthermore, the perceived importance and educational needs for the core value were found to be dissimilar among private employees, public employees and vocational education center trainees. As to the core values which need an intensive education, public institution was found to be highest(14), followed by vocational training institutes(8), then private company (2). Regarding the core values which need a selective education, private company was highest(13), followed by public institution (10), and then vocational training institutes(3), As to the core values which need either intensive education or selective education, public institution was highest(24), followed by private company (15), and then vocational training institutes(11). This study can be a basis for conducting a business ethics education program efficiently while gaining favor with board of directors by analyzing the educational needs for ethical education programs. However, the analysis of ethical management vision, goals, and business needs CEO pursues needs to be complemented through a delphi study or interview. Further, if integration were done for ethical management and core values of business ethics by benchmarking advanced business ethics programs, more effective business ethics program would be developed.
