한-러 복합운송 루트 선정에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국-러시아 양국간 교역을 하기 위하여 고려할 수 있는 운송 루트별 비교와 가장 경제적인 운송 루트의 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 이용한 Beresford 모형은 복합운송에서 비용과 시간만을 고려하여 운송루트를 선정하는 방법으로 TSR 루트, 해상운송 루트, 북극해 루트에 대한 운송 비용, 거리를 분석 하였다. 그 결과 직접 운송비는 해상운송 루트, TSR 루트, 북극해 루트 순으로 경제적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 시간에 있어서는 TSR 루트가 가장 경제적인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 TSR 루트에 대한 문제점으로는 인프라 부족 및 낙후, 서비스 신속성과 안정성의 문제점, 복잡한 행정절차 그리고 화종의 제한이 있다는 것을 확인 하였다. TSR 루트의 문제점이 개선이 된다면 국내 기업이 러시아 및 인근 유럽국가와 거래시 물류비 절감을 제고하여 경쟁력 확보하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to investigate and suggest the most efficient multimodal transport route between Korea and Russia. Research design, data, methodology : This paper used the Beresford model which illustrates transportation cost and time for multimodal routes. Results : The Beresford model analysis suggest that the All water option through the Suez Canal is the most cost-efficient option in terms of cost but the TSR is the time-efficient option. Conclusions : The TSR is found to be the most time-efficient option, but the All water option is normally preferred by transport service providers due to technical and administrative inefficiency and low service quality of the TRS route. So the improvement of service quality of the TSR route through the investment on infrastructure and procedure facilitation is required for more choice of the TSR route.
