영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of annual salary system on perceived fairness in hotels. For this study, survey was administered to 213 employees of seven deluxe hotels which are located in Seoul, Pusan, Cheju, Kyungju and Deajeon. The results of this study are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics, the group of married person and captain perceived positively on procedural fairness and the graduates perceived positively on distributive fairness after annual salary system performance. Second, this study has found out that the factor, "Improvement in willingness to work". has a positive impact on Perceived distributive fairness. Also the factor, "Improvement in willingness to work" and "Increase in effort to its duty", have a positive impact on the perceived distributive fairness.
