국문 초록

우리나라의 노동시장에도 큰 변화가 일고 있다. 학벌, 스펙보다는 직무능력위주로 직원을 채용하기 시작하고 있다. 급변하는 환경 속에서 새로운 아이디어를 끊임없이 창출하는 ‘창의적인 인재’, 자기회사처럼 ‘주인의식’을 가지고 위험을 과감히 무릅쓰고 헤쳐 나가는 ‘도전정신’으로 무장된 인재를 원한다. 매출증대와 비용절감을 통해 수익을 창출해야하는 기업의 수많은 문제를 해결하기 위한 ‘공감소통능력’,‘문제해결능력’을 보유한 인재를 필요로 한다. 거기에 전문성과 인간성을 두루 갖추어 조직을 한 방향으로 이끄는 지도자를 원한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시대의 흐름과 기업의 요구에 맞는 물류전문인력를 키우기 위해 학생들에게 어떠한 교육을 하는 것이 필요한가에 대해 연구해보고자 하였다. 일반적으로 지금까지 취업에 필요한 교육과 창업에 필요한 교육을 분리하여 생각하였는데 본 연구를 통해 창업교육을 통한 창업의지 개선과 기업이 원하는 인재상이 기업에서 필요로하는 인재상을 배출하는데도 도움이 되지 않을까하는 연구문제에서 본 연구가 시작되었다. 그래서 학생들의 창업교육이 창업의욕의 고취뿐 아니라 물류기업에서 필요로 하는 실무중심의 교육 프로그램으로의 또다른 대안을 제시함과 동시에 학생들의 의식구조변화를 통해 기업이 원하는 인재 배출에 긍정적인 영향을 미치도록 하여 물류인력부족해소 뿐 아니라 청년실업문제 해소에 도움이 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

Big changes have shook the Korean labor market. Companies are now starting to hire employees based on job capability, not the applicants’ educational background or specifications. Companies want “creative minds, ”who incessantly innovate new ideas in a rapidly changing environment, and talents who are armored with a ‘challenging spirit’to brave it with a ‘sense of ownership’. Also, it is necessary to obtain human resources who have ‘communication skills’ and ‘problem-solving skills’ to cope with numerous problems of companies that should make profits through increasing sales increase and reducing cost. In addition, companies need leaders who lead organizations with expertise and humanity. This research aimed to study what education is required to help students to become logistics specialties, going with the tide of trends and meeting company needs. Generally speaking, up to now it has been accepted that employment education and entrepreneurial education are different. Realizing the practical weakness of this notion, this study was initiated to give a help to boost entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial education and to derive ideal types of talents for companies. Thus, this research intended that entrepreneurial education would be helpful to reducing youth unemployment as well as resolving the lack of logistics labor. This is not only to promote entrepreneurial intention and to provide an alternative of practice-oriented education for logistics companies, but also to change college students’ social awareness so that imay give positively impact to producing talented people.
