창의 인성교육 현장포럼 품질개선 향상을 위한 효과적 운영 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전국의 초 중 고등학교 교원을 대상으로 실시되고 있는 창의 인성교육 현장포럼의 실태를 진단하고 분석하여 품질개선 향상을 위한 효과적인 운영방안을 연구하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상으로는 창의 인성교육 현장포럼에 참여한 전 국의 초 중 고등학교 교사 154명중 설문에 참여한 121명을 대상으로 하였다. 검사도구는 창의 인성교육 자율진단표를 참조하여 제작한 설문지로 4개 영역 총 21문항으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과에 대해서 다음과 같은 결론을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 창의 인성교육 현장포럼에 대한 교원의 인식에 대한 분석 결과 응답자의 대부분은 높게 인지하고 있으며, 창의 인성교육의 적용은 분기별 2-3회가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 창의인성교육 현장포럼의 운영 실태에 대해 분석한 결과 학습문화 조성은 보통수준을 보이며 창조적 역량과 마인트컨트롤 등의 힐링, 전문가 강의 도움정도, 구체적 결과물만족도, 학생지도 도움정도는 높은 수준의 만족도를 보였다. 셋째, 창의 인성교육 현장포럼의 학교 현장 실천도에 대한 분석결과는 교사전문성 신장을 위한 연수주제로융합형교과지도 활동이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 창의 인성교육 현장포럼의 품질 개선 향상을 위해서는 창의 인성교육 현장포럼의 홍보를 강화하고 담당교사의 핵심역량 강화를 증진하는 것과 융합형 교과지도 활동을 주제로 하는 현장포럼이 진행되어야 한다는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 전국의 교사들에게 창의 인성교육 현장포럼을 대외적으로 알리는 차별화된 홍보전략과 학교 교육현장에서 활용 가능한 실질적인 프로그램 개발이 시급함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was conducted to research the effective operation plans for improving the quality improved diagnose and analyze the situation of the nation's elementary, middle and high school teachers actual condition for creativity and character field forum. The subjects were enrolled in the 121 people who participated in the elementary, middle and high school teacher's nationwide survey 154 patients who participated in creativity and character education field forum. Inspection tools are examined in four regions a total of 21 questions in the questionnaire prepared by referring to the creativity and character education self-diagnostics list. The results were as follows. Firstly, most of the respondents to the analysis of teachers' awareness about creativity and character are recognized higher education forum, apply creativity and character education are 2-3 times was the highest quarterly. Secondly, creativity and character education field forum analyzes the operating status results learning culture is usually level creative capabilities seem to the mind control of such healing, expert lectures help much, specifically results satisfaction, student guidance assistance about the high level of satisfaction it showed. Thirdly, analysis of school practice field is also of creativity and character educational forum, teacher training subject to converged curriculum guidance activities for professional development were the highest. Fourthly, in order to quality improvement of creativity and character forum, that will strengthen the promotion of creativity and character educational forum topic map a converged curriculum to promote activities that strengthen core competencies of teachers should be conducted on-site forum. Based on the results of the study, the proposed urgent creativity and character education field forum externally differentiated strategies to inform and promote the development of education programs as substantial advantage in the field to teachers nationwide.
