중년과 노인들의 관광유형에 의한 관광만족과 우울, 고독감 간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중년과 노인들의 우울과 고독감을 최소화 시켜 주는데 관광만족이 어떠한 역할을 하며, 또한 중년과 노인들의 관광만족에 긍정적인 역할을 하는 관광유형을 규명하는 것이다. 실증분석에 사용한 총 표본의 크기는 중년은 275부, 노인은 220부이며, 통계분석은 t-test, 회귀분석 등을 이용하였다. 실증분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 중년과 노인의 관광유형, 관광만족, 우울, 고독감 간의 평균차이검정 결과 통계적으로 유의수준하에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년은 사회문화관광과 자연생태관광이 노인은 자연생태관광이 관광만족에 긍정적 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 중년과 노인 모두 관광만족은 우울에 정(+)의 역할을 하였으나, 고독감은 중년의 경우에만 관광만족이 선행변수의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 중년과 노인들이 경험할 수 있는 정신적 질환 형태인 우울과 고독감을 최소화 시켜주는데 구체적인 관광프로그램개발에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate tourism type that needs to elevate tourism satisfaction and whether the tourism satisfaction affects depression and loneliness for middle-aged and older adults groups. The sample size of this study is 275 for middle-aged, 220 for older adults, which makes it possible to do statistical inferences. As statistical methods, t-test and simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis with SPSS 10.0 is used. Three principle results emerged from this study. First, tourims type, tourism satisfaction, depression, loneliness of middle-aged and older adults, t-test results, emerged a difference of the mean. Second, social-culture tourism type and natural tourism type significantly affects tourism satisfaction for middle-aged and natural tourims type significantly affects tourism satisfaction for older adults. Third, tourism satisfaction of middle-aged and older adults significantly affects depression and tourism satisfaction of middle-aged significantly affects loneliness. The study suggested that developing tourism programs to minimize depression and loneliness of middle-aged and older adults groups.
