관광경험이 관광만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 비제도화 국내관광자의 관광경험이 관광만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 직ㆍ간접적인 영향을 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 알아보았다. 연구결과, 비제도화 국내관광자의 관광경험은 관광만족과 심리적 웰빙(PQOL, Psychological Well-Being)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관광만족도 주관적 웰빙과 심리적 웰빙에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 직접적인 영향만을 보았을 때 관광경험은 주관적 웰빙(SQOL, Subjective Well-Being)에 대해 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관광만족이라는 매개변수를 고려했을 경우 관광경험은 주관적 웰빙에 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 심리적 웰빙은 주관적 웰빙에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This paper reveals the effects of tourist experiences on tourist satisfaction and the quality of life(well-being) of non-institutionalized domestic tourists using structural equation model. In results, the tourism experiences show a significant positive effect on tourism satisfaction and psychological well-being(PQOL). Tourism satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being(SQOL) and psychological well-being (PQOL). The tourism experiences do not have a positive effect directly on subjective well-being; however, it has an overall positive effect on subjective well-being through tourism satisfaction. Furthermore, Psychological well-being has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being.
