대학생 관광활동의 제약요인, 촉진활동, 행동의도간의 관계

국문 초록

대학생활 동안의 많은 활동들은 일상생활에서 벗어나서 보다 많은 부분에 대하여 이해를 할 수 있으며 일상공간이 아닌 다양한 문화공간에서 문화접촉을 하게 된다. 이때 단순한 휴식이나 노는 차원을 떠나 신체적 정서적 발달을 촉진하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 대학생들의 관광활동 파악은 잠재관광객의 행동을 파악하는데 중요한 일인데도 불구하고 대학생들에 관련한 연구는 청소년들의 관광활동에 관련된 연구에 비해서 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 지금까지 관련된 연구를 고찰하여 보면 청소년 관련된 연구는 관광활동에 대한 연구들이 관광활동의 만족에 관한 파악이나 여가활동에 대한 제약, 동기연구 등 하나의 독립변수만으로 설명하는 연구가 주로 진행이 되었으며, 관광활동의 제약에 발생하였을 때 제약요인을 최소화시키며 어떻게 하면 관광활동 참여를 유도할지에 대한 연구는 아직 한정적이다. 본 연구에서는 청소년 관광의 제약요인이 관광활동의 촉진유발요인과의 관계와 관광촉진 유발요인의 행동의 도간의 관계를 파악하고자 했다. 분석결과 청소년관광의 제약요인이 외적인 요인은 유발요인인 제도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으며 제약요인은 내적요인과 시스템적인 요인은 시스템적인 유발요인과 프로그램 유발요인에 유의한 관계를 형성하고 있었다. 또한 제도적인 유발요인과 시스템적인 유발요인은 행동의도에 유의한 관계를 형성하지 않았다. 결과적으로 본다면 제약요인의 외적인 관계는 관광활동을 유발관계는 항목에서 청소년 관광이 단체관광이 중심적이기 때문에 개별관광과 관련이 깊은 항목과 관계를 형성하지 못하는 바, 청소년 관광에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 더 필요하며 또한 단체 청소년을 유발할수 있는 다양한 제도적인 요소의 개발이 필요하다. 제도적인 유발요인은 행동의도와 시스템이 행동의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것은 청소년 관광의 수혜자 당사자들이 할인제도, 프로그램의 제공들은 항상 똑같다는 프로그램으로 인식하거나 프로그램에 대한 매력을 못느끼기에 행동의도에 유의한 관계를 형성하지 못한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록
