플로우 경험의 구성요소, 만족도, 그리고 행동의도 간 구조적 관계

국문 초록

한국의 가장 성공적인 문화관광 상품으로 선정된 템플스테이는 경쟁력 있는 관광자원으로 각광받으며, 그 수요 또한 급증하고 있다. 따라서 체험을 하는 숙박시설이자 관광목적지, 그리고 여가활동으로 활용되고 있는 템플스테이를 방문한 관광객들의 심리 구조를 체계적으로 이해하기 위해 플로우 경험의 구성개념(콘텐츠에 대한 상호작용성, 관여도, 즐거움)을 도입하고, 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 설문조사는 조사시점인 2009년 11월 현재까지 운영되고 있는 100곳의 사찰을 대상으로 무작위표본추출방법에 의해 4곳의 사찰을 선정하여 1박 이상 템플스테이 프로그램에 참여한 관광객들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 총 273부의 유효표본을 확보하고, 이를 분석에 이용하였다. 구조방정식모델링 결과 모든 연구가설(H1～H5)은 채택되었다. 구체적으로 상호작용성(콘텐츠)과 관여도는 즐거움에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즐거움은 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 만족도는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 즐거움은 행동의도에도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 가운데, 연구가설 이외에 추가경로(상호작용성→만족도)가 발견되었고, 상호작용성은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구조적 관계에 대한 결과에 따르면 콘텐츠에 대한 상호작용성과 즐거움은 본 연구에서 학술적ㆍ실무적으로 핵심 구성개념임을 보여준다.

영문 초록

The subject of the temple stay, South Korea"s most successful cultural tourism products, is emerging as a competitive tourism resources and the demand is also growing. Therefore, this study is conducted to understand the constructs of the flow experience (interactivity(contents), involvement, playfulness) and the relationship with satisfaction and behavioral intention of the tourists of the temple stay which plays the roles as an accommodation to experience, the tourist destinations and a place for leisure activities. To achieve the objectives of this study, the time of the investigation and the survey was run in November 2009 to the present during which time 100 inspection targets were selected and four of which were randomly using the random sample method. To this end, an onsite survey was conducted to tourists who experienced the temple stay more than a day. A total of 273 were used to obtain and analyze. The results of structural equation modeling indicate that all research hypotheses(H1~H5) were adopted. Concretely, interactivity(contents) and involvement had a positive(+) effect on playfulness. Playfulness had a positive effect on satisfaction which in turn, influenced behavioral intention. playfulness also seemed to have statistically significant influence on behavioral intention, and additional path(interactivity→satisfaction) was found besides research hypotheses. interactivity seemed to have significant influence on satisfaction. Meanwhile, results about structural relationship show that interactivity about contents and playfulness are academicallyㆍpractically the core constructs in this study.
