국문 초록

FTA가 본격화된 지 10여년 남짓에 불과함에도 불구하고 FTA의 경제적인 효과는 여전히 주목받는 연구과제가 되고 있다. 그러나 FTA가 노동자, 특히 FTA물류부문에 종사하는 노동자들에게 어떻게 비쳐지고 있는지에 대해서는 거의 미파악 상태이다. 본 연구는 업무 특성상 수출입 물동량의 변화에 가장 민감한 부산지역 컨테이너 화물 운전자를 중심으로 FTA와 관련된 전반적인 인식과 FTA 활성화 이후의 물동량과 고용율, 향후 기대 효과에 대해 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 FTA에 대한 인지도가 높은 화물자동차 운전자일수록 FTA의 확산이 물동량 증가, 향후 기대효과, 기업의 고용상황, 기업의 경영상황에 대해 긍정적으로 받아들이고 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Purpose :　 The purpose of this study is to empirically evaluate the effects of FTA awareness on the FTA evaluation and analyze the resulting impact of FTA to the future expectation. Research Design, data, methodology : Data were collected by conducting extensive questionnaire survey in Pusan area. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for this research. Results : Results of this analysis indicate that the FTA awareness of the container truck drivers has a significant positive impact on the evaluation of the outcome of FTAs. Findings of this analysis shows that public relations and promotional activities on FTAs should be at the top of government’s agenda in the future. Conclusions : Researches so far lack in discussion on the effects of FTAs to the labor relationship in logistic firms. This study contributes to the relationship between FTA and logistics and provides the possibilities of future researches on FTA area.
