우리나라 수출제조기업의 전략적 그린지향성 선행요인과 성과

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 전략적 그린지향성의 개념을 도입하여 전략적 그린지향성이 우리나라 수출제조기업의 환경성과와 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 구체적으로, 전략적 그린지향성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 국제환경규제, 사회적 압력, 경쟁자 모니터링, 환경시장창출 등 4개의 요인을 추출하여 전략적 그린 지향성에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 논문구성/논리: 제1장 서론에서는 연구의 목적과 배경을 기술하였고 제2장의 이론적 배경에서는 전략적 그린지향성의 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 아울러 이를 통해 연구가설을 도출하였다. 제3장은 연구의 설계로 연구모형의 설정, 설문의 구성과 측정이 이루어졌다. 제4장에서는 가설의 검정이 이루어졌는데 이를 위해 측정모형의 신뢰성과 타당성이 검토되었다. 제5장 결론에서는 연구결과를 요약하고 시사점을 논의하였다. 결과: 국제환경규제, 사회적 압력, 경쟁자 모니터링 및 환경시장창출 요인은 모두 전략적 그린지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 또한 전략적 지향성을 통해 공급사슬상에서 친환경협력이 높아지고 환경기술혁신이 높아지고 있었다. 친환경협력은 또한 환경기술혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 아울러, 친환경협력과 환경기술혁신은 기업의 환경성과와 수출성과 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며 전략적 그린지향성은 수출성과에는 직접효과가 없었다. 독창성/가치: 본 연구는 우리나라 수출제조 기업을 대상으로 전략적 그린지향성의 개념을 도입하여 전략적 그린지향성을 가지고 있는 수출기업이 환경성과와 수출성과가 제고되는지를 실증적으로 규명한 연구이다. 본 연구는 전략적 그린지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향력을 규명하고 있을 뿐 아니라 4개의 선행요인과 2개의 매개요인을 함께 상정하여 통합적 관점에서 실증모델을 구축하고 이를 검증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 관점에서 풍부한 시사점을 도출하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims at investigating the effect of strategic green orientation on environmental performance and export performance of the export manufacturing firms. Specifically, the study extracts 4 factors such as international environmental regulation, social pressure, competitor monitoring, market driving orientation, and then analyze the impact of the factors on strategic green orientation. Composition/Logic: This study started with general background and presented a goal of the study. In chapter 2, we examined theoretical background related strategic green orientation and based on this, we drew a research hypothesis. Research design was constructed in chapter 3. First, we was setting the research model based on the theoretical background, and then discussed how to measure. Hypothesis testing was conducted in chapter 4, and prior to this testing reliability and validation verification on the scale was made. In conclusion, theoretical implications and managerial implications was discussed in chapter 5. Findings: Our research findings show that international environmental regulation, social pressure, competitor monitoring, and market driving orientation are all having a positive effect on strategic green orientation. Strategic green orientation has a significant impact on both green collaboration and environmental technology innovation. Also, environmental technology innovation are affected by green collaboration. Green collaboration and environmental technology innovation, as a mediator variables are both having a significant effect on environmental performance and export performance. However, there is no significant direct effect of strategic green orientation on export performance. Originality/Value: In this study, we introduced strategic green orientation to explain both environmental performance and export performance in korean export manufacturing firms. From a result, we could find effectiveness of the empirical model. This study is meaningful not only verifying the effect of strategic green orientation on corporate performance, but also construct more effectively a integrated empirical model including 4 antecedents and 2 mediators.
