현환소설의 무협 장르적 성격

국문 초록

무협소설(武俠小說)은 중국에서 가장 오래된 통속문학의 한 갈래이며, 그 보편성과 역사성을 통해 “근대국가의 국민으로서의 ‘중국인’들의 문학 장르”라고 불린다. 중국 문학사에서 협의(俠義)를 제재로 하는 서사 전통은 매우 유구한 것이지만, 무협소설은 근대의 특수한 시기에 출현해 “‘상상의 방식’을 통해 과거의 전통을 현대로 소환하는 서사”로 규정된다. 이에 반해 미디어가 발달한 후기 산업사회를 살고 있는 새로운 세대의 ‘중국인’들이 창조한 문학 장르인 현환소설(玄幻小說)은 ‘상상의 방식’을 통해 과거를 현재화하는 서사라 할 수 있다. 본고는 현환소설의 창시자로 불리는 황이(黃易)의 《심진기(尋秦記)》에 나타난 몇 가지 장르적 속성을 파악함으로써 이러한 서사가 전통적인 장르문학의 한 갈래인 무협소설과 긴밀한 연관을 지니며 이를 계승하고 있음을 확인하는 한편 현환소설의 문학적 잠재력을 확인하는 데 일차적인 목적을 두었다. 나아가 현환소설의 장르적 성격과 그 범주의 확정 및 발전가능성 등 문제가 앞으로 중국 당대 문학 연구의 한 분야로 자리매김할 필요가 있다는 점을 피력하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Wu-Xia Xiaoshuo(武俠小說) is the oldest branch of folk literature in China , through its universality and historicity called “literature of the people as ‘Chinese’ genre of the modern state.” Narrative tradition of Xia-Yi(俠義) to sanction China Arts is eternal, but very, martial arts fiction is defined as it appeared at special times of the modern“ ‘imaginary way’ to summon epic past traditions with modern through”. In contrast media later developed a new generation of industrial society living ‘Chinese’ have created a literary genre fiction Xuan-Huan Xiaoshuo(玄幻小說) document that can be actualized in the past gone through the ‘way of the imagination.’This paper is Xun-Qin-Ji(尋秦記), the narrative genre is by identifying some of the properties shown in the said Ginny to a branch of martial arts novels and close associate of the traditional genre of literature which sulfur is known as the founder of Xuan-Huan Xiaoshuo by Huang-Yi(黃易) in succession, and to ensure that puts the primary purpose to determine the potential of literary fiction Xuan-Huan. Furthermore, the firm and the nature and genre of the scope of the problem, including the development potential hyeonhwan novel and to express the fact that the future will need to establish itself as a branch of Chinese contemporary literature.
