마음챙김과 안녕감 간의 관계에서 역기능적 상위인지의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 상위인지와 관련된 마음챙김과 주로 병리적인 문제들과 관련이 있는 역기능적 상위인지가 안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그 중 역기능적 상위인지는 마음챙김과 안녕감 간의 관계에서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울에 있는 남녀 대학생 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과 마음챙김과 역기능적 상위인지, 안녕감의 상관관계는 모두 유의미하였으나 역기능적 상위인지와 안녕감 간의 상관관계는 낮은 신뢰도와 상과관계를 보였으며 회귀분석 결과 마음챙김과 안녕감 간의 관계에서 역기능적 상위인지는 억제효과를 보였다. 이는 병리적인 증상을 겪지 않는 대학생을 대상으로 연구를 진행한 결과 역기능적 상위인지의 긍정적 신념과 부정적 신념이 모두 나타났으며 마음챙김의 효과는 역기능적 상위인지의 부정적 신념을 모두 감소시킨 결과라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 지금까지 정상적인 사람에게서 나타난 걱정에 대한 편차가 서로 다른 결과를 나타내고 있는 원인에 대한 근거 자료를 제시할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study, how it affect of mindfulness that related with metacognition and dysfunctional meta-cognition related with pathological problem to evaluate well-being. And how it mediating of dysfunctional meta-cognition on the relationship between mindfulness and wellbeing. Male and female college students in Seoul 274 people were polled. The result is mindfulness and dysfunctional parent, and wellbeing of correlation were all significant correlation. But between dysfunctional meta-cognition and wellbeing results of regression analysis showed a e low reliability. And dysfunctional meta-cognition suppressor effect on the relationship between mindfulness and wellbeing. Because positive beliefs and negative beliefs conducting research on college students do not suffer the symptoms of pathological results showed the effects of mindfulness, which helped offset the negative beliefs dysfunctional metacognition. Wealth to present evidence about the cause appeared worried about deviations from a normal person until now shows different results in these results are meaningful.
