애착과 자살생각의 관계에서 자동적사고의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 애착이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 관계에서 자동적 사고의 역할을 살펴보았다. 연구를 위해 서울과 경기 지역의 남녀 중학생(남학생 192명, 여학생 199명)에게 부와 모의 애착, 자동적 사고, 자살생각의 질문지를 실시하였고 총 391개의 자료가 사용되었다. 통계는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 하였고 sobel test를 통해 검증하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남학생과 여학생의 부모애착과 자동적 사고, 자살생각은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부모와의 애착이 높을 때 자동적 사고와 자살생각이 낮았다. 둘째, 남학생과 여학생의 부모에 대한 애착이 높을수록 자동적 사고가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남학생과 여학생은 자동적 사고가 높을수록 자살생각이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 남학생과 여학생의 부모애착이 자살생각에 영향을 미칠 때 자동적 사고는 매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 부모 애착과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 자동적 사고의 중요성을 시사했다는데 의의가 있으며 상담 장면에서 자동적 사고에 대해 다루어 청소년의 정신건강에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This research examines how attachment influence to suicide thoughts, as well as the role of automatic thought between those relationship among Korean middle school students. 192 male and 199 female middle school students at Seoul and Kyung-Ki district completed the questionnaire based on parental attachment, automatic thoughts and thoughts of suicide. Total of 391 references were used to investigate this examination and result of statistics analyzed by; frequency analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and these analysis approved by sobel test. As a result; first of all, for both male and female students, there are corelationship between parental attachment, automatic thoughts, and thoughts of suicide. In other words, when parental attachment is high, automatic thoughts and thoughts of suicide is low. Second result; for both male and female students, when the intensity of parental attachment is high, the intensity of automatic thoughts were low. Thirdly, when automatic thoughts is high, the thoughts of suicide is also high for both male and female students. At last, when students' parental attachment influence to thoughts of suicide; automatic thought plays the mediating effect to parental attachment and suicide thoughts. These result suggests an importance of automatic thoughts between parental attachment and suicide thoughts. This examination is expect to be helpful as facing counselling scene of adolescents' mental health.
