영문 초록

Employee turnover and employee job satisfaction are concerns of the hospitality industry. Many researchers have studied to reduce the employee turnover and raise employee job satisfaction. But we could hardly find out the improvement on these matters. In this study we attempted to find out a solution to the problems by investigating the undergraduates' perceptions on the future job-related factors. The results of this study show that there are some differences of the job-related factors between current employees and future employees. The undergraduates attaches no small importance to interesting work. It is very suggestive both educational institute and industry.
