영문 초록

Big stores within and without the country have a tendency to enter the distribution business as a result of the opening of the distribution market and IMF bailout. And he domestic franchise market has a hard time because of the appearance of membership discount stores and convenience stores. So in this difficult situation, the franchise organization must improve the competitiveness of the domestic distribution market through its organization, cooperation, and specialization, And it should create pleasant distribution surroundings for customers to complete the order of distribution in the franchise industry. Finally, it should make an effort to revitalize local economies and make economic status high and develop whole economy in Korea.. Therefore, the strategies for development of the franchise business are as follows : First, proper management of the business. Second, having a long vision for the future. Third, the complement of the troubles. Fourth, the harmony among the employees(helping them have an sense achievement through work). Fifth, the innovation of the consciousness of the business partners (the most important factor for success is a "positive attitude). Sixth, continuous education and understanding (proper standard for the business and operational method, the extension of an understanding of the business).
