영문 초록

ASEM in 2000 and the World Cup in 2002 year will be held in Korea. Seoul is the capital city of Korea and the representative city in these tv big event The advanced tour guide information system should be established in to provide higher convenient travel and hare its quality. The purpose of this study is to make some suggestions fog the real management situation and the point at issue including tourist information bureaus, tourist guides in Seoul city. The recent tendeny of tourist industrial development has been to show a rapid environmental change. Various tourist commodities and the change of service cultivation are to demand various improvements in the areas of tourist guide and its related information service system An attempt is made to to suggest the mope effective and useful Seoul tourist information system which satisfies the exchange of tourist desires and the environmental condition.
