영문 초록

The main objectives of this study are to discover effects of career development for employees in hotel bakeries on their job satisfaction and job effectiveness. Through this study, it is clearly shown that there should be more attention to workers in a kitchen, especially to workers in bakeries in order to increase competitiveness in the hotel industry. Furthermore, for the lasting effect of the workers` job satisfaction and efficiency through training programs, the hotels should have a specialized and distinctive manpower management system of the career development and professional training. It gets more important than before that employers let employees develop their capability by providing them good career development and training programs rather than giving them monetary reward.
