대학생의 자기분화와 원가족건강성이 연인관계유형에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 연인관계유형에 주요 영향변인으로 밝혀진 자기분화와 원가족건강성 및 연인관계유형 간의 상관성과, 연인관계유형에 미치는 이들 변인의 영향력을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충남과 경기도에 소재한 4년제 대학 두 곳에 재학 중인 학생 675명을 대상으로 연인관계유형척도, 자기분화척도, 원가족건강성척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 기술통계, 상관분석, 단계적 중다선형 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 변인간의 상관관계에서 자기분화와 원가족건강성은 정적 상관을, 연인관계유형 중 군림형, 난쟁이형, 안개형, 껍질형과 자기분화는 부적상관을, 원가족건강성은 산만형, 난쟁이형, 껍질형과 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 연인관계유형에 대한 영향력을 검증한 결과, 산만형을 유의하게 예측하는 변인은 정서적 단절, 자기입장, 정서적 반응, 원가족건강성이었다. 군림형을 유의하게 예측한 변인은 자기입장, 정서적 융합, 정서적 반응이었고, 난쟁이형은 자기분화의 모든 하위유형과 원가족건강성, 즉 모든 예측변인이 유의하였다. 안개형을 유의하게 예측하는 변인은 타인과의 융합, 자기입장, 정서적 단절이었고, 껍질형은 정서적 단절, 정서적 융합이 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 토대로 각 연인관계유형을 결정짓는 원인과 문제, 조력방안에 대한 탐구와 상담적 개입에 관한 논의들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation among self differentiation, family-of-origin functioning, and university students' love relationship style, and to investigate the influences of self differentiation and family-of-origin functioning on their love relationship style. Participants were 675 students from two universities located in Chungnam and Gyeong-gi province and they completed love relationship style scale, differentiation of self scale and family-of-origin functioning scale. Along with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results of correlation analysis showed positive association between self differentiation and family-of-origin functioning. Also, among the sub-scales of love relationship style, reigning, dwarf, fog and compression type demonstrated negative relationship with differentiation of self. Meanwhile, bark, dwarf and compression type showed negative relationship with family-of-origin functioning. Results of predictive analysis indicated that emotional cutoff, "I" position, emotional reactivity and family-of-origin functioning were significant predictors of bark style and "I" position, emotional fusion and emotional reactivity predicted reigning style. As for dwarf style, all the sub-scales of self differentiation and family-of-origin functioning were significant. Fusion with others, "I" position and emotional cutoff predicted fog style, while emotional cutoff and emotional fusion predicted compression style. Based on these findings, the causes and issues determining each love relationship style were discussed and the importance and practical methods of psychotherapeutic intervention were also suggested.
