협동적 동작교육활동이 유아의 친사회적 행동과 역활수용능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 협동적 동작교육활동이 유아의 친사회적 행동과 역할수용능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 강원도 S시에 소재한 M어린이집과 B어린이집에 재원 중인 만5세 유아 40명이다. 이들 중 M어린이집 유아 20명을 실험집단에, B어린이집 유아 20명을 비교 집단에 배정하였으며, 실험집단에는 연구자가 개발한 협동적 동작교육활동을, 비교집단에는 개별적 동작교육활동을 실시하였다. 협동적 동작교육활동의 효과를 알아보기 위해 유아의 친사회적 행동검사와 역할수용 능력검사를 실험 처지 전과 후에 실시하였다. 연구결과, 협동적 동작교육활동이 유아의 친사회적 행동과 역할수용능력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 동작활동을 개별적으로 실시하는 것보다 협동적으로 의논하고 함께 구성하는 기회를 제공하는 것이 유아의 친사회적 행동과 역할수용능력의 향상에 도움을 주었음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Cooperative Movement Education Activity(CMEA) by applying it to five-year-old children. To verify the effects of the CMEA, forty children(twenty in the experimental group, twenty in the comparative group) from “M kindergarten” located in “S city” participated in sixteen programs from June 5, 2013 to September 25, 2013. The CMEA for young children’s improvement of pro-social behavior and role acceptance ability based on kindergarten daily life topics of the Nuri Curriculum for five-year-old children was performed on the experimental group and the individual movement activities on the comparative group. The improvement of pro-social behavior was assessed according to Young Children’s Pro-social Behavior Rating Scale of Kim, Yeong-Ok(2003). The modified testing tool of Lee, Yeong-Ha(1997) was used to assess role acceptance ability. A pretest was conducted for assessing the experiment groups’ homogeneity and a posttest was conducted after treatment. The collected data was analyzed by ANCOVA in order to find the differences between the experimental and the comparative groups. In conclusion, the CMEA was found to be effective to improve young children’s pro-social behavior and role acceptance ability. This result demonstrates that implementing the CMEA in kindergarten classrooms is effective as it helps young children to improve their pro-social behavior and role acceptance ability.
