음악교수불안에 따른 예비유아교사의 심미적 음악활동 경험의 의미

국문 초록

본 연구는 심미적 음악활동에서 음악교수불안에 따른 예비교사의 음악에 대한 태도와 음악교수에 대한 태도를 분석함으로서 심미적 음악활동의 의미를 찾고자 한다. 유아음악교육 교과목 수강생 30명 중 음악교수 불안 도구를 기초로 음악교수불안이 낮은 예비교사 6명과 음악교수불안이 높은 예비교사 6명을 대상으로 예비연구, 반성적 저널, 음악자서전, 심층면접을 중심으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 심미적 음악활동에서 음악교수불안에 따른 예비교사들의 음악에 대한 태도는 음악의 역동성의 경험정도, 창의적 표현정도에 따라 다르게 나타났으나, 음악의 아름다움에 대한 경험은 음악교수불안 정도에 관계 없이 모든 예비교사들이 음악을 아름답게 경험하는 것으로 해석되었다. 심미적 음악활동에서 음악교수 불안에 따른 음악교수에 대한 태도는 유아로 대입하여 즐겁게 경험하는 정도가 다르게 나타났으며 또한 심미적 음악활동에서 경험한 음악의 의미를 교사의 시선으로 해석하여 응용하려는 교수법적 태도정도가 다르게 나타났다. 심미적 음악활동은 예비교사의 음악과 음악교수에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 심미적 음악활동의 확산과 직전교육에서의 활용을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed a meaning of aesthetic music program for pre-service early childhood teachers depending on the degree of music teaching anxiety. Six pre-service teachers with low music teaching anxiety and six pre-service teachers with high music teaching anxiety were sampled by the STAI (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory). The qualitative component of the study included interviews, journals, and in-depth interview of pre-service teachers. The results of this study are following: (1) Pre-service teachers with low teaching anxiety and those with high teaching anxiety showed similar attitudes for beautiful musical experiences, on the other hand, pre-service teachers with low music teaching anxiety and those with high music teaching anxiety showed heterogeneous attitudes for experiences of musical characteristics and creative expressions. (2) Pre-service teachers with low music teaching anxiety and those with high music teaching anxiety showed heterogeneous attitudes for music teaching. Consequently, this qualitative study suggests that music education curriculum should provide pre-service teachers ample aesthetic music program.
