경비지도사의 조직학습화가 위기관리에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 경비지도사들의 조직학습이 위기관리에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경비지도사 139명을 설문조사를 하였다. 민간경비는 고객의 생명과 신체에 대한 위해, 재산에 대한 침해 등을 경계하고 방지하는 업무이다. 따라서 적절하게 대응하지 못하면 경비원 본인에게 위험을 초래하고 나아가 고객 또는 국민생활에 커다란 불안을 가져올 수 있다. 이러한 위기를 포함한 시큐리티 환경을 극복하기 위해서는 적극적인 위기관리의 학습이 필요하다. 위기관리학습은 위기상황에서 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위하여 위험을 피하고 대처하는 평소의 학습과정이다. 경비지도사는 경비원을 지도, 감독, 교육하는 자로 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 경비지도사는 국가중요시설 및 경비대상시설을 담당하는 경비원들이 제대로 역할을 수행하는지 감독한다. 그리고 많은 위기를 적절하게 관리하고 대응할 수 있는 능력을 교육하고 학습하는 업무를 수행한다. 조사를 통해 발견된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성은 시스템적 사고에 통계적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령은 위기대비에 부적 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 위기인식에는 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시스템적 사고는 위기대비에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다 넷째, 연령과 시스템적 사고는 위기대비에, 재직기간은 위기인식에, 그리고 조직학습 및 능력발전기회는 위기학습에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 연령은 위기대비에 직접적 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 조직학습 및 능력발전기회를 통하여 위기인식과 위기학습에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재직기간은 위기인식에 직접적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인구사회학적 특성, 조직학습, 그리고 위기관리의 인과관계에 있어서, 특히 연령과 재직기간, 시스템적 사고, 조직학습 및 능력발전기회가 위기관리에 의미 있는 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 경비지도사의 위기관리 능력을 제고하기 위하여 경비지도사 시험과목, 교육과목에 경비업무별 위기관리를 추가하고, 보수교육을 신설하여 위기관리 실무를 교육해야 한다.

영문 초록

This paper concerned on the organized continuous practicing to the field private security supervisor makes how effective control to the actual field private officers in any urgent crisis situation. Private Security is freedom from fear or anxiety for the employed individuals, business or organization by providing security-related services in order to protect their persons, private property or interests. In this terms of view, if the private security supervisor has a lack or insufficient crisis management skill or ability to control their front field security officers in the urgent situation the filed security officer would be into dangerous situation and even there would be led to much worse situation for their clientele and even effected to the people in the whole country. So to avoid those unwelcomed situation much intentive the crisis management practicing is required. Understanding the definition of "The crisis management practicing" is the organized continuous pre-trained and practicing process to protect their clientele from manmade, natural, and environmental hazards, the private security supervisor must have the quality ability of supervising, directing, training, inspiring change, and process planning and improvement etc. Based on the survey 1) the factor of social anthropology has been nothing effected to systematic response on the job, 2) the aged is negative effect on the preparing of crisis event, but positive effect on the conception of crisis situation 3) the term of serviced is positive effect on recognition of emergency situation,4)the organized continuous job training program and the education for being enhanced ability have very positive relationship onto controling of crisis situation.
