저소득층 초등학생의 가족변인과 창의성에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 저소득층 초등학생의 가족변인(출생순위, 부모의 교육수준, 아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도)의 차이에 따라 창의적 사고와 창의적 성격이 얼마나 다른지를 알기위한 것이다. 연구대상은 초등학생 69명으로 집단통합창의성 검사, 양육태도검사, 가정환경 질문지 등을 실시하였다. 다변량 분산분석 실시 후 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독자이거나 첫째일수록 창의적 사고와 창의적 성격점수가 유의미하게 높았다. 둘째, 부모의 학력에 따라 자녀의 창의적 사고와 창의적 성격점수의 차이는 없었다. 셋째, 아동이 지각한 부모의 양육태도 중 자율-통제변인과 성취-비성취변인에 따라 창의적 사고와 창의적 성격의 점수의 차이가 나타났으며, 부모의 양육태도를 자율적으로 지각할수록, 또는 성취지향적으로 지각할수록 자녀의 창의적 사고와 창의적 성격의 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 저소득층 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구라는 데 의의가 있다. 다만 추후 연구로 비 저소득층 초등학생을 비교집단으로 한 연구를 제안하는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of low-income group children's family variables(birth order, education of parents, parents' nurturing behavior appreciated by their children) and creative thinking and creative personality. 69 elementary students in low-income group were examined a collective creativity test, a parent attitude test and a family environment test. The result of multivariate ANOVA indicates as follows: First, the creative thinking scores of the single or the eldest child was significantly higher than other child. Second, the scores of creative thinking and creative personality according to the education of parents was not different statistically. Third, the autonomy/control variable and the accomplishment/non-accomplishment variable among parents' nurturing behavior are statistically different in the creative thinking and the creative personality. This study suggests another study to compare the creativity of the low-income group students and middle-income group students.
