문화예술교육사의 역량과 창의성

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 문화예술교육의 현장에서 예술가이자 교육자로서의 역할을 수행하는 '문화예술교육사(art educator)'의 역량을 규명하고, 그 역량 중에서도 특히 창의성과 관련된 역량은 무엇인지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 '문화예술교육사의 개념과 역할은 무엇인가', '문화예술교육사의 역할을 잘 수행하기 위한 역량은 무엇인가'라는 두 가지 연구문제를 설정하였으며, 질적 접근을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구대상은 문화예술교육 예술강사 25명, 기획관리실무자 아홉 명이었다. 예술분야별 전문가 그룹에 대한 서면 질의와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였고 예술강사와 기획관리실문자를 대상으로 세 차례의 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 문화예술교육사의 역할은 기획, 운영, 평가, 관리 등 네 가지 역할로 정의되었고, 역량은 예술전문성역량 두 가지, 교수역량 19가지, 관계관리역량 20가지로 총 41가지의 역량이 도출되었다. 이중에서 창의 관련 역량에는 창의성, 창의적 교수법 개발능력, 창의적 문제해결능력, 창의적 프로그램개발능력 등 네 가지가 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to define and explain the role and competency of culture and art educator who performs a role of artist and educator, especially to define the competency related to creativity. For this purpose, following two issues were suggested in this study. First one was 'what is the concept of culture & art educator?', and the second one was 'what are the culture & art educator's competencies that make to perform his or her role well?'. For this study the qualitative research was executed. The results of the study were like these. Fist, the roles of culture & art educator were defined as planning, operating, evaluating, and managing. Second, as the competencies of culture & art educator, two art-specialty competencies, 19 teaching-specialty competencies, and 20 relationship-management competencies, totally 41 competencies were driven. Among these competencies there were four competencies related to creativity: creative competency, creative teaching method development competency, creative problem-solving competency, creative program development competency.
