국문 초록

국방부 2012년 발표 자료에 따르면 최근 5년간 각 군별 현역복무 부적합자가 매년 2-30명 씩 증가하고 있다고 한다. 해병대 총기사망사건, 외박 중 병사자살사건 등 군조직의 여러 사건사고들이 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 조직부적응문제는 어떤 조직에서도 신입조직원에게서 발생할 수 있다. 하지만 군 조직은 다른 조직과는 또 다른 요소가 있다. 후기청소년이라 불리는 입대자들은 정체감이 확고하지 못하고 독립경험이 부족한 현실이다. 그런데 군 조직은 엄격한 규율, 명령, 긴장 속에서 획일적인 단체행동을 요구한다. 따라서 정서적으로 예민하고 기존 질서에 대해 불만을 쉽게 갖는 이들 청소년기의 병사들이 군 조직에 적응하기 쉽지 않은 실정인 것이다. 이 연구는 군 조직 부적응 요인을 분석하고 적응성을 강화할 수 있는 대안을 마련함을 목적으로 한다. 폭행이나 가혹행위의 피해경험은 자살과 탈영과 같은 군기사고의 주요인이며, 병사의 자살원인으로 낮은 계급과 높은 불안감, 대인관계능력, 가정환경 및 이성관계, 낮은 자존심과 우울증, 부대의 폭력과 복무부적응 등을 들고 있다. 또한 스트레스, 불안, 우울 등 정신건강요인들도 관련되어있으며, 입대자의 입대 전 경험, 특히 가정환경에 대한 분석도 요구된다. 군부대내부적 요인 역시 군 부적응과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 부대원과의 관계가 부정적 일수록, 부대시설이 불편할수록 부적응은 증가한다. 문제는 모든 군 부적응요인을 조사할 수 없다는 연구의 한계로 이 연구는 가정환경, 학교적응 등 입대 전경험을 중심으로 군 조직 부적응예측 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 군복무에 대한 인식, 조직구성원간의 대인관계정도, 정서적 안정성과 신체적 건강성 등에 대한 인식을 중심으로 군 조직 적응성을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과 입대 전 이미지, 군복무에 대한 정보, 군복무에 대한 긍정적 기대 등에서 적응집단과 부적응집단은 차이를 보였다. 또한 부적응집단이 적응집단에 비해 가정이 화목하지 않았고, 대인관계문제, 적응문제, 정신건강문제 등을 더 많이 갖고 있었다. 특히 적응집단은 부적응집단에 비해서 군복무를 개인성장의 기회로 생각하며, 사회성, 정서적 안정성이 높으며, 자신의 신체가 건강하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Many incidentses of the military organization including the soldier case of suicide, and etc. are constantly generated among Marine Corps firearms death case and staying out. The organization maladjustment problem can become an issue at the case it becomes the member freshly any kind of organization. However, as to the military organization, and there is the other element with the other organization. The soaked recruits are the reality when the identity is unable to be firm and when the independent experience is insufficient. But the military organization demands the uniform collective action in the strictness discipline described below, order, and tension. Therefore, it is the actual condition which is not easy that soldiers of these adolescences which are emotionally acute and have the complaint against the existing order easily adapt the soldiers of these adolescences to the military organization. The object is that this research prepares the alternative which can analyze the military organization maladjustment factor and intensify the adaptability. The military organization maladjustment prediction originates from the exact maladjustment factorial experiment. The experience of damage of the violence or harsh treatment is the main cause of the accident within the Army like the suicide and desertion. And the class and which is low as the cause of suicide of the soldier high anxiety, interpersonal relationship capability, domestic environment and relationship of opposite sex, low pride and depression, violence of the troop and service maladjustment, and etc. are given. In addition, the mental health factor including the stress, anxiety, melancholy, and etc. have the relation. And the enlistment all experience of the recruit, particularly, the analysis of domestic environment is required. There is the relation which the army unit inner factor is related to the military maladjustment. The maladjustment is increased as the relationship with the team member is uncomfortable with the negative things recording and incidental facility. This research tries to analyze the military organization maladjustment predictor with the limit of the research that the problem cannot irradiate all military maladjustment factors around the enlistment all experience including the domestic environment, School adaptation, and etc. Next, the military organization maladjustment yes or no of the pollee has to be determined. The research of many sides including the unpleasant smell physical spiritual the damage from violence hum, attempt of committing suicide experience, leaving-out, and etc. will be possible. However, this research will grasp around the awareness of the pollee about the military company life and mental health status. That is, the millitary service was the opportunity of the personal growth, whether the military organization adaptability tried to be grasped the interpersonal relationship between organization constituents around the awareness including the emotional stability and physical healthiness, and etc. around moreover, the emotional state including the compulsion of the pollee, anxiety, and etc. Consequently, in the enlistment image, information about the millitary service, positive expectancy about the millitary service, and etc, the adaptation population and maladjustment population showed the difference. In addition, the maladjustment population of the assumption was not in harmony in comparison with the adaptation population. It had the interpersonal relationship problem, adaptation problem, mental health problem, and etc. much. Particularly, the adaptation population thought the millitary service as the opportunity of the personal growth in comparison with the maladjustment population. And the sociality and emotional stability was high. And it was exposed to recognize because its own body was healthy.
