한국노인의 보건형태와 관련요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 60세이상 노인들의 보건의식행태수준과 건강상태를 파악하고 그에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로서 노인의 건강증진을 위한 보건교육 프로그램 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있으며 세부목적은 노인인구의 개인보건행태와 일반특성, 가족 변수, 생활환경변수, 질병변수와의 관련성 분석하고 노인인구의 건강상태와 일반특성, 가족변수, 생활환경변수 및 건강관련변수와의 관련성 분석하고 개인보건행태와 건강상태변수와의 관련성 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있겠다. 60세 이상 노인의 보건행태수준(평균 58.9점)은 상당히 낮은 편이었으므로 노인 건강증진을 위한 노인교육프로그램개발과 정책수립에 관련당국, 관련단체, 관련기관 그리고 관련전문가는 관심을 가지고 더욱 적극적으로 상호협력 노력해야 할 것이다. 특히 노인들에게 가정생활환경과 사회생활환경에서 관련변수를 만족시켜 줄 수 있도록 여건조성을 하고 건강행태가 습관화 되도록 하여 보건행태수준을 높여 건강하게 가정생활과 사회생활을 할 수 있게 도와주는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다. 이를 위하여 노인보건교육도 중요하지만 노인이 되기전 청장년시기의 올바른 보건행태 습관을 기를 수 있도록 유치원, 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교와 대학에서의 학교보건교육이 더욱 중요하다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study conducted from November 1, 1994, through May 30, 1995, in order to provide basic data, for development of health education program for the elderly, for promotion of health care measure for the Elderly health by analysis on factors related to health to status and health behavior in 60 years and over. A total of the elderly 1363 was selected from Seoul, Taejeon, Taegu, Soowon, Jochiwon, Kyongsan and Milyang city. Questionnaire forms were prepared and the subjects who selected were interviewed by trained graduated students. The results are as follows : Health status and health behavior level were tend to low by mean of 71.2 points, 58.9 points to 100 full marks respectively. Health education program and policy establishment for health promotion of the elderly should positively try by related authorities, specialist, with mutual cooperation. Especially it is important to assist for the elderly who can do healthy home life and social life, by preparing the condition of satisfaction with related variables and improving their habits of health behavior. For this, it is important to provide health education for olders but more essential to have health education in primary, middle and high school to form proper health behavior.
