국문 초록

지방폐교의 대부분은 주변의 자연환경을 잘 보존하고 있어 최상의 자연환경을 유지하고 있다. 그 중에서 요양시설 확충방안의 하나로 지방의 폐교시설의 재활용을 제안함으로서 노인요양시설의 수요에 부합하고, 지역폐교의 처리가 생산적일 수 있다고 본다. 요양시설거주자들은 대다수 만성적인 질환과 행동장애를 보이는 것이 특징이다. 요양시설 거주자에게 중요한 조력서비스는 목욕, 옷 입기, 화장실 용변보기, 거동 등 개인별 보호 식사서비스와 같은 보호서비스에 대한 것이다. 식사와 대소변 조력은 거의 매일 아주 많은 서비스 제공을 요한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 완전의존 노년층을 위한 요양시설로서 폐교시설의 재활용 계획을 수립하는 것이다. 간호단위와 재활공간에 대해 주안을 둠으로서 전체적으로 요양시설 활용가능성에 대하여 외부공간과 실내공간의 활용방안을 찾아 이론적인 체계를 설정할 수 있을 것이다. 그것은 우선 간호단위와 재활용공간에 대한 디자인 방향이 중요하다는 인식이 필요하다. 요양시설에서 근간이 되는 원칙은 간호단위이며, 그것은 개인실과 반 개인실을 포함해 50병상 정도가 관리운영상 타당한 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

As most of neglected rural facilities have a well-preserved natural environment around them, it is possible to make the utmost of the natural environment and to minimize the comsumption of resources and energy through reusing most of the existing facilities. Nursing home residents require 24-hour nursing care and supervision as well as personal care, housekeeping and meal services. Residents are often characterized by multiple, chronic diseases and disabilities. The majority nursing home residents require assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility. Assistance with eating, and bowel and bladder hygience is also frequently required. This study aim to propose a scheme of reusing the neglected rural school buildings in rural areas as nursing homes for the elderly. This research will achieve the theoretical study of totally nursing homes through the characteristicts about nursing units and rehabilitatives spaces. It will begin frome the perception that the priority is to stream the design directions on nursing units and rehabilitative spaces of nursing homes. The principal form generator in nursing homes is the nursing unit, which is typically an administrative unit that includes up to 50 beds in semi-private and private resident's rooms.
