SSM 입지결정 시 「상권정보시스템」 활용 가능성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 SSM(Super-Supermarket) 입지결정에 소상공인시장진흥공단이 제공하는 상권정보시스템(http://sg.seda.or.kr)의 활용 가능성을 알아보는 것이다. 일반적으로 상권정보시스템은 소상공인 창업을 지원하기 위해 제공되는 시스템이다. 상권정보시스템은 창업입지를 결정하는데 도움을 주기 위해 창업지역을 중심으로 인구분석, 지역분석과 해당 창업 업종에 대한 분석자료를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 자료가 SSM입지를 결정하는 데 과연 얼마나 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴봄으로써 상권정보시스템의 활용 가능성을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 분석하기 위해 개별 SSM매장의 매출액을 종속변수로 하고 상권정보시스템이 제공하는 각종 분석자료를 독립변수로 하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 총 매출액에 미치는 영향은 거의 없으며, 생필품 매출액에는 일정부분 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 상권정보시스템을 SSM 입지결정에 사용하는 데는 한계가 있다고 할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the Commercial District Information System (http://sg.seda.or.kr) provided by the Small Enterprise Development Agency can be utilized to decide the location of super-supermarkets(SSM). In general, the Commercial District Information System is provided to support the start up of small enterprises. The Commercial District Information System is providing analysis data about populations, regions, and startup business types with a focus on startup areas in order to help enterprises to select their locations. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to understand the possibility to utilize the Commercial District Information System by examining how such data influence decision-making on the location of SSM To this end, a regression analysis was performed with the sales of individual SSM outlets as a dependent variable and various analysis data sets provided by the Commercial District Information System as independent variables. The results of the analysis exhibited that this system hardly influenced total sales, but influenced the sales of daily necessities to some extent. Therefore, this study concluded that the future use of the Commercial District Information System has limitations when selecting the location of an SSM
