1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study, the bubble in the real estate market is one of the psychological factors that lead to disposition effect by applying the REITs company for sale investing is to study psychology. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study analyzes the disposition effect method about REITs stock. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Behavioral finance, human error, continuous and systematic behavior of the existing Finance authentic and unusual phenomena that can not be described here as one of the causes of, and from the point of view of human psychological study of these unusual phenomena of the field will In addition, behavioral finance, psychology, cognitive errors and judgment errors based on the concept of faith and irrational investors misjudged the market research model for the phenomenon is used. 2. RESULTS In behavioral finance, investors, past experience, the psychological factor of the current investment decisions that will affect a lot.
