영문 초록

China is one of country that a large number of e-waste increase rapidly. As e-wastes contain large amounts of hazardous substances, if not properly handled, it has a bad effect on the environment. At this point, reverse logistics take an important position. To protect the environment and manage e-waste effectively, China is modifying various laws and regulations such as 「Promoting Clean Production Law」, 「Circular Economy Promotion Law」, 「The Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste Law」 and 「WEEE of China」 etc. The Purpose of this paper is to understand Chinese reverse logistics' legislative problems and vacuums about subjects of e-waste recovery and assess current China's e-waste recovery legislations framework through analyzing Chinese legislations. From the analysis I found three problems on aspect of legislation system, responsibility of recovery subject and relationship between administrative agencies.
