영문 초록

Electronic transaction settlement of small amounts, has been operating KOP system to use a credit card is introduced. In order to secure the payment of these methods, trade Insurance corporation was to take that risk by using short-term export insurance (electronic trading) system. However, several problems became apparent with implementation of this system. First, we present the assuagement measures by presenting a problem for the condition of some of the provisions of the exception of warrant. Secondly, it has taken measures to reflect the trend that has been the diversification of trading goods, to expand the trading limit of small and medium-sized exporters. Finally, in the case of a bad evaluation import and export trade who Insurance Corporation is specified, It is to be understood that taking a limit after completing the trade, which was raised to be evaluated prior to the contract.
