국문 초록

본 연구에서는 역물류(reverse logistics)의 수요특징과 흐름을 고려한 공급사슬(supply chain)의 범용적인 프레임워크를 제안하고, 각 사이트의 효율적인 운영정책을 평가ㆍ분석할 수 있는 SCM시뮬레이터(supply chain management simulator)를 개발하였다. 시뮬레이터는 고객들의 주문패턴과 차량운영계획, 운송비 등 공급사슬에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 데이터를 기반으로 각 사이트(site)의 규모와 개수, 사이트 간 연결(arc) 수요와 특성에 따른 다양한 운영정책(재고, 수송, 수거정책 등)을 평가해 볼 수 있도록 구현되었다. 예제 시나리오를 기반으로 한 시뮬레이션 수행결과에서는 재고/수송정책에 따른 시뮬레이션 총 비용 분석을 통해 보다 효율적인 공급사슬 네트워크를 비교ㆍ검증하였다.

영문 초록

This study provided a SCM simulator that has adopted a new type of platform with demand characteristics and flows of reverse logistics. Although a large number of studies have been carried out into the development of simulation systems for the SCM, little is known about their feasibility and flexibility when applying the systems to the evaluation of operating policies with a more integrated approach between a forward logistics flow and reverse logistics flow. For this reason, we first proposed in this paper a SCM framework with respect to the question of how we consider and define the reverse logistics processes. Second, based on main data that affect those such as oder patterns from final customers, distribution plan, inventory plan, and transportation cost as well, we designed a simulator offering various opportunities for the evaluation of operating policies according to size and number of sites in a supply chain, demand of arc between the sites, and so on. From simulation results, what is shown in our investigation into transportation scenarios with different paths and parameters is that the proposed simulator is extremely useful helping strategic decision-making for supply chain management. From the view point of reasonable cost-cutting and optimal network design, various operating policies can be evaluated and investigated whether to accept or not.
