국문 초록

본 연구는 공급사슬관리의 전략적인 운영을 위하여 모기업의 공급사슬관리 방침인 발주 리드타임 단축 요인과 협력업체의 유연성 간의 관계, 유연성과 경영성과 간의 관계, 그리고 유연성 의매개역할 등 다양한 가설을 수립하고 연구하며, 이들 연구에서 나타나는 결과를 바탕으로 하여 모기업과 협력업체간 공급사슬관리의 핵심적인 관리요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것이 주요한 연구 목적이다. 가설 검정결과 발주 리드타임 단축은 유연성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 또한 유연성은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유연성은 매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 검증 되었다. 따라서 전자업체들로 구성된 대(반)응적 공급사슬에서 모기업의 공급사슬관리 방침인 발주 리드 타임 단축은 협력업체의 유연성에 영향을 미치고, 나아가 경영성과에도 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있으며, 협력업체가 모기업과 지속적인 거래관계를 유지하기 위해서는 유연성의 수준을 제고하여야 한다는 것을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study aims for the strategic operation of supply chain management by setting up and examining various hypotheses regarding the relationship between shorten of ordering lead time factors and flexibility, relationship between flexibility and management performance, and the mediating roles of flexibility, and based on the results gained from that research, the study is mainly intended to verify the core management factors of supply chain management between parent companies and cooperative firms. According to the result of verifying the hypotheses, shorten of ordering lead time exerts positive effects on flexibility, and flexibility show positive effects on management performance, and flexibility play roles as mediating variables. Therefore, the study suggests us to enhance the level of flexibility in order for the cooperative firms to maintain sustainable relationship with their parent companies in the reactive supply chain consisting of electronic companies.
