영문 초록

This study focused about the victims and construction of support network for victim in Korea. In this paper, I emphasized about criminal victim support by NGO. The newly created term of NGO has become a topic of conversation in the field of social science, politics and administration in our society entering upon the 21th century. In our society, role of NGO has became important organization in all sector. In Korea, recently Ministry of Law is enacting a law for protect criminal victim. This law included contents about juridical person for criminal victim support. This point, I examined about its possibility which is related to establishment of juridical person for criminal victim support, financial of juridical person, its function. etc.
