특수교사 회복탄력성 측정 척도 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 김주환(2009)의 한국형 회복탄력성지수(KRQ-52) 척도를 특수교사를 대상으로 척도 타당화를 실시한 연구이다. 본 연구의 연구참여대상은 전국 특수학교에 근무하는 교사 930명이었다. 연구결과에 따르면, 53문항에 대한 탐색적 요인분석(EFA) 결과 43문항 3개 요인 구조 및 9개 하위구조가 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 실시한 결과 '자기조절능력', '대인관계능력', '긍정성'의 3개 잠재변인을 설명하는 정도가 적합한 것으로 확인되었고, 하위변인에 대한 회귀계수 또한 모두 통계학적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 최종 척도에 대한 신뢰도를 분석하기 위해 Cronbach's a값을 산출하였는데, 척도 전체의 Cronbach' a는 .911, 하위요인의 척도는 .617∼.863 범위에 있었다. 이로써 본 연구에서 타당화한 특수교사 회복탄력성 측정 척도는 특수교사의 회복탄력성을 측정하는 타당하고 신뢰로운 도구로 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is a special education teacher of the resilience scale validation study. study subjects were 930 teachers working in special schools nationwide. According to the study, the results of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with 53 questions, the three factor structure of the 43 items and nine sub-structures have been identified. Conducted a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), , three factors of self-regulation skills, interpersonal skills, Positive capacity appeared to be suitable. in addition, the regression coefficient for the sub-variables were all statistically significant. The value of Cronbach's a was calculated to analyze the reliability of the scale, full scale Cronbach a 0.911, a measure of the sub-factors were in the range of .617 to .863. Special education teacher resilience measurement scales was judged to be useful to be able to use the new valid and reliable tool to measure the resilience of the special education teacher Finally, the significance of the research, limitations, and follow-up research directions are discussed.
