국문 초록

인간 존엄에 관한 가치가 개별적 평등관계로 인식된 시기는 그리 오래되지 않았다. 이 가치는 사회복지의 발달과 함께 더욱 심도 있게 논의되고 있기도 하다. 이로 인해 존엄을 포함하는 다양한 사회복지적 가치에 대한 윤리적 판단의 결과에 따라 전체로서의 사회복지의 방향이 정해진다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 윤리적 판단에 따라 가치의 변화와 사회복지의 실천이 영향을 받는다고 전제 하고 가치 규범의 기준 근거가 되는 윤리의 중요성에 대해 고찰해 보는 것은 상당한 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 전문직으로서의 사회복지사가 실천 현장에서 직면하게 되는 다양한 상황적 판단의 시점에서 어떤 윤리적 근거를 토대로 해야 하는가? 또한 올바르고 합리적인 윤리적 결정은 어떤 기준을 따라야 하는가? 그리고 이를 위한 지침들은 어떤 준거에 정향성을 두어야 하는가?에 대해 고찰하였다. 연구를 통해 실천현장에서의 윤리적 판단의 정향성은 규범윤리학적 방법론과 밀접한 관련이 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the ways of how to, and what to choose when it comes to judge the right decision of ethical dílemma for the social workers as professional. the values of human dignity has not been widely recognized untill 18th century, so called modern era. but along with the development of social welfare that has human dignity as a main values, human dignity became equally accepted universally. There are many different ways of judge for the social worker when they decide the right decision for their client but every cases have at least double choices and this drives social worker confusion thus the worker always be in a position facing ethical dilemma. generally speaking Ethics divide into three main palt as a science that is descriptive ethics, nonnative ethics, meta ethics. When the social worker conflict on the matter of ethical dilemma what is the best way to choose is the everlasting problems. this study gives guidelines through the cases of practical dílemma so that the workers may have the orientation to solve the dilemmatic situations. as a result of this study we learned that the ethical codes of social worker stems mainly from the nonnative ethics that has been universally acknowledged as a norms.
