국문 초록

이 연구는 소년원에 수용중인 소년범죄자들을 대상으로 부모애착, 교사애착, 학교친구애착 및 비행친구가 소년범죄자의 재범가능성인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 2012년 3월에 서울소년원, 대전소년원, 안양소년원, 춘천소년원에 수용되어 있는 소년범죄자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 자기보고식 설문조사를 통해 424부를 분석에 사용하였다. 인구사회학적 변수인 성별, 연령, 가족형태를 포함하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성별과 연령이 소년범죄자의 재범가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 독립변수 중에서 학교친구애착과 비행친구가 종속변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 남자 소년범죄자에 비해 여자 소년범죄자의 재범가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 연령이 높을수록 재범가능성은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 학교친구와의 애착이 높을수록 재범가능성은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며 비행친구가 많을수록 재범가능성은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 비행친구가 소년범죄자의 재범가능성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to verify the influence of attachment between juvenile delinquents and their parents, school and delinquents peer on delinquents' perception of possibility of recidivism. In March 2012 a survey on 424 delinquent juveniles has been conducted from Seoul detention center, Daejeon detention center, Anyang detention center, and Chuncheon detention center. In this study, multiple regression analysis was performed with independent variables such as attachment between juvenile delinquents and their parents, school and delinquents peer, and demographic and sociological variables. Summary of the results of this study are as follows. Gender and age among the demographic and sociological variables influence the possibility of recidivism of juvenile delinquent. Attachment to School and delinquents peer also affects dependent variable. Specifically, female juvenile delinquents' possibility of recidivism is significantly higher rather than male juvenile delinquents' and appeared to decrease the possibility of the recidivism, the higher the age. And delinquents peer appeared to be likely to have the greatest influence on the recidivism of juvenile delinquents.
