국문 초록

본 연구는 발달적 범죄예방이론에 기초하여 공지영의 소설 ‘우리들의 행복한 시간’에 등장하는 사형수인 정윤수의 성장과정에 나타난 범죄위험요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 정윤수의 경우 먼저 개인적 위험요인으로는 폭력적인 반사회적 행동을 들 수 있다. 이런 폭력적 성향은 고아원과 소년원을 거치면서 더욱 증폭되다가 결국에는 살인공범으로 쫓기다 가정집에 침입하여 부녀자를 붙잡아 인질극을 벌이는 단계까지 나아가고야 만다. 둘째, 많은 청소년 범죄자들에게 발견되는 것처럼 정윤수도 가정의 따뜻한 보살핌을 받지 못하고 있다. 아버지의 폭력을 견디다 못해 어머니는 집을 나가고, 아버지는 술만 먹으면 어린 두 형제에게 폭력을 행사하는 알코올 중독자였다. 이와 같은 가정위험요인은 범죄자가 되는데 기여하고 있다. 셋째, 흔히 청소년 비행자들에게 발견되는 비행또래집단의 영향을 정윤수의 경우에도 발견된다. 또래집단으로부터 따돌림을 당하고, 아버지가 죽은 후 고아원과 소년원 그리고 거리생활을 통해 만난 비행자들을 통해 범죄를 본격적으로 학습하고 있다. 그리고 사형수가 되는 결정적인 살인사건에 연루되는 것도 교도소 선배의 영향이 컸다. 이와 같은 위험요인의 영향을 줄여 범죄를 예방하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 개입이 필요하다. 첫째, 어린시절부터 나타나고 있는 폭력성향을 줄이기 위해서는 분노감정을 조절하거나 심리치료프로그램을 통한 개입이 필요하다. 둘째, 가정에서 폭력을 행사하는 정윤수 아버지의 경우 ‘아버지 학교’ 같은 부모교육 프로그램이나 알코올 중독 치료프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째, 고아원과 소년원 그리고 교도소에서 만나는 비행소년 또는 범죄자들과의 접촉 영향을 차단하기 위한 조치가 필요하다. 그 이외에도 학교를 중도탈락하지 않고 학업을 계속하도록 하기 위한 조치와 이웃의 관심과 배려가 있는 프로그램을 통한 개입이 있었다면 사형수로까지 전락하지 않았을 것으로 보인다. 특히 그가 한 여성을 사랑하면서 범죄를 청산하고 정상적인 사회생활로 돌아왔을 때야 말로 전환의 중요한 시점이었다. 이 시기에 누군가가 조금만 도와주는 손길이 있었다면 최악의 상황을 피할 수 있었을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study tried to analyze the crime risk factors that is the condemned criminal appearing in the novel 'ours happy time' of Cong Jee Young based on the developmental crime prevention theory. In the case of the Jeong Yun Su, firstly the violent antisocial behavior can be given as the individual risk factor. Second, as it is discovered by many juvenile delinquency, the Jeong Yun Su doesn't receive the warm care of the home. Rather, the violence of the father was endured and the mother went out the family. If the father drank the liquor, it was the alcoholic exercising the violence to young brothers. This kind of the family risk factor contributes when it becomes the criminal. Third, it is the effect of the delinquent peer group generally discovered by the teenager delinquents discovered in the case of the Jeong Yun Su. The bullying is encountered from the peer group. The crime is real learned through the real through the delinquents which it meets through the orphanage, Youth Detention Center and distance life after the father dies. And the effect of the prison senior was big to be implicated in the definite murder case in which it becomes the condemned criminal. In order to order to minimize this kind of the risk factor, the following intervention is necessary. First, the anger emotion is controlled or in order to reduce the violence inclination shown up from the childhood the intervention through the psychotherapy program is needed. Second, in the home, the parental education program or alcoholism treatment program which is like 'the father school' is needed in the case of the Jeong Yun Su's father exercising the violence. Third, the measure for blocking association effect with the delinquent boy or criminals met in the prison with the orphanage and Youth Detention Center is needed. If there was the intervention through the program where there is the concern of the in which the halfway was not the school left out of this in addition to and which continues the study measure and neighbor and consideration, it did not seem to degrade to the condemned criminal. Particularly, the time which cleared off the crime and while it loved one women when it returned to the normal social life by way of was the important turning point. If there was the helping hand which it was everyone on this time, it helps a little, the worst situation could be avoided.
