韓園で行われている日本語能力評価試験の信頼性に濁する研究: 『JPT · JLPT』 を中心として

영문 초록

Currently, there are approximately 10 Japanese language proficiency tests being conducted in Korea. There are age limits to those tests or conditions, such as accepting applicants from specific groups exclusively. However, most tests are open for all applicants. Amongst all others, the representative test is the annual JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) conducted by the Japan Foundation, which is the affiliate organization of the Japanese Foreign Ministry. The test was first given in 1984, and it has been given in Korea every year since 1985. Another test that is equivalent to the JLPT in its scale and number of applicants is the JPT (Japanese Proficiency Test). The most distinctive difference between the two is the evaluation process. The JLPT system divides the language proficiency level from level 1 to 4. However, tl1e JPT system measures the test takers' ability on a scale ranging from I to 1000. The part and parcel of an evaluation is "reliability" and "validity." Reliability can be obtained only if an identical result can be drawn regardless the time and place for a test and whosoever gives the test in whatever manner. Also "homogeneity" and "stability" of a test are the yardstick for reliability. In this study, the two core factors, reliability and validity, of the two major Japanese language proficiency tests conducted in Korea will be reviewed. Also "the stability", "homogeneity" and "consistency" of the two tests will be examined. 韓國には10種類以上の日本語評価試験が現に行われている。一部には針象に制限のある試験もあれば大体は一般人針象の日本語評価試験である。しかし、この中でもっとも評剣と信頼性の高い試験としては日本語能力試験(JLPT， Japanese Language Proficiency Test)て・日本國の外務省傘下の日本國際交流基金が主催している。この試験はl銘4年始まって以来韓園では翌年の1985年から韓園で質施されている。もうーつの日本語評価試験の中でJLPTと見比べられるほどの試験としては JPT(Japanese Proficiency Test)試験がある。この試験は日本語能力試験とは評価方式などに遣いがあるものの巷の評がlや受験者の数値ではこの二つの試験がメインと言える。二つの試験の大きい違いと言えば、レベル分類の剣定方式の遣いと言える。日本語能力試験は受験者の配定においてl級から4級まで(2011年からはN1~N5)の級レベルの剣定と得られた点数を表示した認証書を配布している。しかし、JPT試験の場合はl点から1000点までの1点スケールに表示されることになっている。評価システムにおいて最も大切な点は「信頼性」や「等質性」と言える。信頼性とは、いt，どこで、誰が、どのように測定しても同じ結果が得られるか、又、測定内容が等質か、安定しているかが問われる問題である。r等質性」とI;j:、同一個人が同一質問に封して、同じ答えを出しているかを問う、一貫性の問題と言える。妥室性とは、測定しようとしているものの内容や基準、構成などが妥省であるかが問われる問題である。この度の研究では、この信頼性と同質性、妥省性を持って韓関で最も受験者の数が多い二つの試験に封して検証して行くことにする。
