국문 초록

동북의 조선족문화관마다 무형문화유산을 발굴하고 이를 등록하는 노력들을 대대적으로 전개하고 있다. 문화유산의 보호와 관광산업이 긴밀하게 연관되어 있기 때문이다. 동북 조선족문화관의 문화콘텐츠 개발 방안에 대해서는 자치지구와 산재지구를 구분할 필요는 없다. 그러나 문화관 업무의 핵심인 대중을 위한 문화사업에서 그 역할이 보다 적극적일 수밖에 없는 산재지구 문화관(철령시, 목단강시, 길림시)의 활동사례를 소개했다. 이어서 동북의 조선족문화관들이 보다 구체적으로 바로 준비에 착수할 수 있는, 문화사업의 영역이지만 장차 문화산업의 토대를 마련할 수 있는, 「가와사키 재일코리언 생활문화자료관」(http://www.halmoni-haraboji.net/)과 같은 사이버박물관을 구축할 것을 제안했다. 특히 문화관 관내 조선족사회의 역사문화 공간(사라진 민족학교 포함)에 대한 자료를 디지털화하여 웹사이트에 올리자는 내용이다.

영문 초록

Each Korean Chinese Community's Center for Ethnic Culture has recently made active efforts to discover and register intangible cultural heritage. That is because protection of cultural heritage and tourism are closely connected to each other. As for the ways to develop these centers' cultural content, it would not be necessary to divide autonomous regions and provinces. Nevertheless, this paper elaborates on the cases of the centers located in provinces (Tieling, Mudanjiang, Jilin) which obviously play more active roles in cultural projects for the public, the core activities of the centers. Afterward, it also suggests construction of a cybermuseum like Kawasaki Korean Japanese Life Culture Archive (http://www.halmoni- haraboji.net/). Such a museum would be designed by the Korean Chinese Community's Centers in a more concrete and prompt manner. In addition, as part of cultural projects, the museum would also build a basis for the future cultural industry. The research also requests digitization of the information on the Korean Chinese community's historical and cultural spaces (including the ethnic schools that disappeared) located inside the centers, so that the information can be shared on a website.
