국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현직 경찰관들의 자치경찰제에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 또한 자치경찰제의 시범실시지역과 미실시지역의 경찰관들 간의 자치경찰제에 대한 인식에 있어서 인식차이를 알아보고, 차이가 있다면 어떠한 부분에서 차이를 보이고 있는지를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 자치경찰제의 실시에 대한 경찰관들의 인식을 실증적으로 조사ㆍ분석하려는 것으로써 주로 자치경찰제에 대한 일반적인 문헌적인 연구방법과 실증적인 연구방법을 병행하였다. 문헌적 연구방법으로는 국내ㆍ외 자치경찰제의 제도 및 운영 등에 관한 주요학술 논문과 저서를 통하여 발표된 기존의 이론들을 분석ㆍ검토하였다. 실증적조사와 연구를 통해 분석ㆍ검증하여 자치경찰제에 대한 합리적 운영과 치안서비스의 효율적 제공방안을 제시하였다. 경찰관들은 자치경찰제에 대해 찬성하기 보다는 반대하는 쪽이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구모형의 분석 결과, 경찰관들의 자치경찰제에 대한 인식에 있어서 자치경찰제 실시지역 여부가 자치경찰제에 대한 인식에 차이를 가져왔다고 할 수 있다. 즉 자치경찰제의 실시로 자치경찰제를 경험한 경우는 자치경찰제를 실시하지 않은 지역의 경찰관들에 비해 자치경찰제에 대해 부정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타난 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study of the incumbent government, the police officer is to examine the perception of. Discussed in the previous study on the existing research on the basis of autonomous police system after configuring the analytical model, the analytical model were set according to the research hypotheses. Through empirical research and analysis, and verification of autonomous police system for the rational management and provide effective policing services is suggested. This study analyzed a sample of, municipal police officers to agree on my side more than the opposition was. The awareness of the municipal police officers in the autonomous police system, the police conducted an autonomous region or to the recognition of difference can be brought. In other words, the police government in the implementation of the municipal police have experienced my first case of municipal police officers than those who did not take municipal area, the police are perceived as a negative can be seen that appeared to be.
