경기도 외국인정책에 관한 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

경기도의 외국인정책이 어떠한 경로를 통해 집행되고 있는지 네트워크 분석을 통해 시각화하고, 네트워크 분석지표를 통해 그 특성을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 행정안전부가 경기도의 외국인정책 네트워크에서 중심적 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 안산시는 기초자치단체 중 가장 많은 자체사업을 시행하였으며, 다른 기관과의 교류도 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 또한 블록모델링 분석을 통해 경기도의 외국인정책 네트워크가 위계적 구조로 이루어져 있고, 중앙부처에서 광역단체, 기초자치단체, 민간부문의 순으로 하향식 정책협력이 이루어지고 있음을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 경기도 외국인정책에 대한 정책적 시사점과, 향후 네트워크 분석에 대한 이론적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to visualize Muliticultural Policies in Gyeonggi-do through Network Analysis to annalize paths where policies are being enforced and to grasp policy characteristics by Network analysis indicators. According to the results of this study, it is Ministry of Public Administration and Security that plays a central role in Muliticultural Policies in Gyeonggi-do. Ansan-si conducted the greatest programs among the local governments and interacted with other organizations briskly. Also, this study confirmed that the network of Muliticultural Policies in Gyeonggi-do has a hierarchical and top-down policy cooperation structure followed by Central, Regional, Local governments and the private sectors through Block modeling. Based on results, this study proposed the policy implications of Muliticultural Policies in Gyeonggi-do and the theoretical implications for network analysis.
