영문 초록

The North Korean socialism have performed the economic activities under self-sufficient principles. East European countries have change their socialism for overcoming national risk. North Korea anymore could not maintained their socialism. Because she has faced the risk consciousness in her economic activities. The economic reform in North Korea is to change her central govern-socialism system and to give up her national ownership of the production factors. And her reform is to open the domestic market for foreign countries, her political system not change but will spread the economic cooperation with capitalistic nations and is to strength her foreign trade and light industry. North Korean Dilemma is to maintain political system otherwise is to open her economic system. But the two ways is not being together. Because the economic opening is not to maintain political system of socialism. In the future, the North Korea ultimately will open the political system by the change of economic system and make unification between South Korea and North Korea.
