영문 초록

This study attempts to find how to utilize the Kangwon International Travel Expo '99 site in regards to land development and the creation of leisure space for Sokcho residents. The researcher interviewed 10 professionals in the field of tourism planning and analyzed their opinions. These opinions were provided to the 529 Sokcho residents. The results of the study suggest that the best way to utilize the land is to focus on developing an environmentally friendly area. It also shows that Sokcho residents desire land to be used for sports recreation, an eco-park, and event space.
