국문 초록

중국은 급속한 경제성장과 무역규모 확대로, 세계적인 기업들의 물류전략의 중요한 구성요소로 급부상하고 있다 이에 따라 그동안 물류를 생산활동의 부수적, 보완적 활동으로 보아 소극적으로 추진되어온 물류정책이 체계적으로 정비 되어가면서 한국의 동북아 물류중심 정책의 추진에는 전략적 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 이에 따라 동북아 경제협력의 들 안에서 중국의 물류네트워크위주 정책의 타당성을 수익성 안정성 성장성과 생산성이라는 정책의 타당성 패러다임을 근거로 분석하고 이에 따른 한국경제의 대응방안을 물류현지화 전략, 통합 물류거버넌스 체제의 구축, 정부의 체계적인 물류경영 지원 및 한ㆍ중 물류정책의 협력 강화의 4대 정책 및 전략을 중심으로 제시하고, 중국의 물류시장 전면개방에 맞추어 보다 적극적이고 능동적인 정책과 전략을 촉구하고 있다.

영문 초록

The Chinese government faces the logistics network challenges coming from the rapidly growing domestic market as well as the internationally increasing trade transportation. In the early stage of logistics policies, the focus was on the network installation for the selectively chosen special economic zones such as Shanghai, Shenchen and Chingtao. But due to the rapidly increasing logistics demand as well as the unbalance of the logistics network, the government should transform its policy paradigm for the feasible and thus sustainable logistics governance. The paper analyzed this new paradigm of the logistics policies in terms of feasibility factors such as profitablity, safety, growth capacity and productivity of the logistics network. It concludes the Chinese government should change its paradigm of the logistics policy from the system and supplier-oriented toward demand and governance-oriented ones. Based on this, the paper suggests the Korean government as well as the companies in China should exert more for the sustainable governance of the policy and business strategies.
