국문 초록

동북아 항만물류의 우위를 선점하기 위한 각국의 노력과 경쟁이 더욱 치열해져 가는 상황에서 그 파급효과가 가장 클 것으로 예상되는 중국의 양산항이 드디어 개장을 하였다. 중국 정부의 적극적인 지원과 풍부한 배후경제지, 급속한 교역 물동량의 증가 등으로 동북아 항만환경에서 양산 심수항의 역할은 중국의 기대 그 이상이 될 수도 있을 것이란 전망이다. 양산 심수항의 개장이 신항에 부정적인 전망을 주는 것도 사실이지만 긍정적인 전망도 함께 예상할 수 있어 적극적인 대응 방안이 필요한 시점이라 판단된다. 이에 본 고에서는 우선 최근 개장한 양산항의 개황에 대해 살펴보고, 신항의 개발현황과 활성화 방안에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 신항과 양산항의 경쟁력 분석을 통하여 신항이 향후 돔북아 Hub Port로 발전하고 자리 잡기 위한 방안을 제시하여 보고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, a lot of effort and competition of every country to preoccupy high position of Northeast Asia hub port are general circumstance that become more keen. Add to, Yangsan port’s ripple effect that open is expected to be great more than expectation. It is a expected that have high position in Northeast Asia harbor environment by various advantage : it is a chinese governmental active support and abundant economy environment, increase of rapid trade volume and so on. It is truth to give view which Yangsan port’s opening is negatory to Busan new port. However, positive view will can expect together and will need active counterplan. And it is expected to achieve the role as center of Northeast Asia hub port together about operate forward how and develop Busan new port. Busan new port is circumstance that is still developing. So, must reflect merits and demerits that can find in existent competition port. Busan new port must preoccupy high position in competition from Yangsan port that is competition harbor. It is important that publicize Busan new port’s excellency and the advantage through active harbor sales. Provide optimum harbor service through innovative transhipment system construction that surpass Yangsan port and will do though help more in Busan new port’s activation method such as offer of new harbor service.
